Accreditation on your horizon? Did you
fill out the Accreditation annual report
on Outcomes? Are you prepared to answer
the Accreditators’ questions about
linking budgeting and outcomes? If
you missed the previous training sessions
for
SLO leaders, you are in luck! The
2008 Accreditation Institute is designed
to help faculty leaders organize and write
the self study. The Institute will continue
to provide training for SLO Coordinators
to address the outcomes requirements in
a sustainable manner.
The
Accreditation Institute 2008 will be held
at the Hilton
Pasadena in Pasadena,
CA on January 25-27, 2008. Each day will
be filled with presentations and discussions
help you create a successful self study
and develop outcomes and assessment. There
will be opportunities throughout the Institute
to ask questions, share issues and strategies,
and develop action plans for your campus
and develop a network of support.
Cost
and Registration: This event has reached maximum capacity and the wait list is now closed. Thank you for your interest in the 2008 Accreditation Institute.
Double occupancy registration is $575 and Single occupancy registration is $725. Both
options include a hotel room, registration for the full event, materials, and
meals.
Registration
only fees are $350 and include registration for the full event, materials, and
meals.
The Accreditation Institute is limited to 100 participants on a first come, first
serve basis. There is a limit of 5 participants per college. Registration is
open to all faculty, accreditation liaison officers, and chief instructional
officers. Checks are due to the Academic Senate office by December 14,
2007.
According to the Senate policy, refunds will not be granted for cancellations
requested after December 14, 2007. You and/or your college will be billed for
any unpaid fees, including “no show” registrants. Submission of this
form signifies agreement with this policy.
