Participation
is limited to 70 slots and is on a first come
first serve basis. The attendance of the Institute
including
double occupancy is subsidized. Single rooms
are available at an additional cost of $205
to the
participant. There is a flat $100 fee for the Institute with $50 reimbursed after attendance.
Institute expenses, such as room, travel and
meeting meals will be covered by the Academic
Senate and a grant from the System Office.
The cancellation deadline is February 9, 2009.
According to the Senate policy, you and/or your
college will be invoiced for the unpaid fees upon
the conclusion of the event. If a cancellation
is made after the registration deadline, or an
attendee fails to attend, you and/or your college
will be billed for the total cost of registration
and room charges. Refunds will not be granted for
cancellations after February 9, 2009. Should there
be any changes to the attendees’ registration
including, but not limited to, status change, substitution
or cancellation, this must be done in writing to: events@asccc.org.
It is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure
payment of the registration fee. Make checks
payable to the Academic Senate for CA Community
Colleges.
