Full session fee is $295 if you register by
April 9, 2007.
One day fee is $195 (Thursday) / $160 (Friday
or Saturday). The cost includes breakfast and
lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, evening
reception on Thursday, session packet, and materials.
These fees must be received by the preregistration
deadline.
After April 9, 2007, the participants will be
registered at the onsite registration fee of
$325. One day fee is $225 (Thursday) / $190 (Friday
or Saturday).
