Spring Session 2009 is scheduled for April 16 - 18, 2009 at the Westin
San Francisco Airport (1 Old Bayshore Highway, California 94030). Please
note that you must make your own reservations with the Westin San Francisco
Airport by calling 1-888-627-8404, and ask for the Academic Senate “Annual
Spring Session Meeting”group rate no later than March 27, 2009. You
may also visit our online reservation website to book a room. Room rate
is $129 (plus tax) for single and for double occupancy rooms.
Flying
into San Francisco Airport
The Westin San Francisco Airport has a limited free shuttle service on demand
from the San Francisco Airport. Upon arrival to the airport, please contact
the hotel to request a pick up at (650) 692-3500.
Parking
The hotel will offer self parking for day and overnight guests at a special
discounted rate of $5 per day.
