IX. Presidential

The
LA Basin Presidential Summit has been sending to community colleges
new course "requirements" for students intending to transfer in
particular disciplines. These curricular decisions are being
made and promulgated outside of the usual faculty channels and
are of alarm to community college faculty in Southern California.
ICAS will discuss the how best to respond to these concerns.
