Registration Fee Information
Early Full Session Fee: $355 (through October 24th) / Full Session Fee: $385 (after October 24th)
The cost includes breakfast and lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, evening reception on Thursday, session packet, and materials.
Early Saturday Only Fee: $200 (through October 24th) / Saturday Only Fee: $215 (after October 24th)
The cost includes breakfast and lunch on Saturday, session packet, and materials.
Senate Staff
Local senate staff members are encouraged to register for Thursday's activities. The fee for Thursday only is $100.
The cancellation deadline is October 24, 2011. After October 24th, registration fees will increase to $385 and $215 respectively.
Payment Instructions
Checks should be made payable the Academic Senate.
Payment in full is required prior to attending the event. Attendees must pay before October 24, 2011 in order to secure the early registration rate.

Check, cash, and credit card payments will be accepted on site for the on-site registration amounts.

Scholarships
We are offering a limited number of scholarships for local senate delegates to attend the Fall Session. To apply, mark the corresponding box on your registration form and send a description of your need for assistance to events@asccc.org.
The Academic Senate Foundation is offering one scholarship to Fall Plenary Session, in San Diego, to one part time faculty member. Each senate may nominate one part time faculty who has shown an interest in college governance and participated locally in professional activities. Please nominate someone from your campus today! Use the application below and submit it to the Academic Senate office by 5:00 pm on October 21, 2011. Emailed nominations are welcome.
Name Badges
Did you receive a Foundation name badge holder at Spring Plenary? Don't forget to bring it with you to Fall! Don't have one? The Foundation table will be set up at Fall Plenary to explain how you can get one.
Cancellation Policy
- Please remember that the last day to cancel your registration without penalty is October 24, 2011. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@asccc.org on or before the posted date.
- Registration will not be canceled due to non-payment.
- Refunds will not be granted for cancellations after the cancellation deadline (October 24, 2011).
- You and/or your college will be responsible for full payment for all registrants, including “no shows”, unclaimed “TBA” attendees, and cancellations made after the deadline. As attendees are permitted to register without funds, we have no way of determining cancellation unless specifically told in writing.
- Unpaid balances owed to the Academic Senate must be paid off before an attendee can register for a future event.
- It is your responsibility to ensure payment of the registration fee. Submission of your registration signifies agreement with this policy.
Overpayments
When payments are made by colleges, the balance will be applied to membership fees due for the current or future year unless requested in writing by the college. Overpayments by individuals will be reimbursed by check. It is the individual's sole responsibility to revise any reimbursement requests presented to the college to ensure the college receives the benefit of the refund for any amounts reimbursed.
