Early Registration Fee: $475
Late Registration Fee (after May 27, 2015): $525
The cost includes lunch on Thursday, breakfast and lunch on Friday, breakfast on Saturday, evening reception on Thursday and materials.

CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation deadline for a full refund is May 27, 2015 and will be assessed a $50 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations after the posted cancellation deadline of May 27, 2015. Please keep in mind that registrations are transferable.
