2019 Spring Plenary Session
The Academic Senate for California Community Colleges is thrilled to announce our 50 Year Anniversary Celebration, taking place at the 2019 Spring Plenary Session!
The ASCCC 2019 Spring Plenary Session will be held at the Westin San Francisco Airport located at 1 Old Bayshore Hwy, Millbrae, CA 94030 from April 11 – 13, 2019. The 2019 Spring Plenary Session theme will be announced soon! We hope that all local faculty leaders will plan to join us in Millbrae.

Early Registration/Cancellation Deadline is March 1, 2019.
Early Registration: $625
Late Registration: $675 - Starts March 2, 2019
1 Day Presenter Registration: $200
2 Day Presenter Registration: $350
One-day Registration: Saturday: $250
Late One-day Registration: Saturday: $300

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Please make sure to revisit the eventbrite webpage to transfer your registration per the website instructions.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Payment is required prior to entering an Academic Senate event.
Please remember that the last day to cancel your registration without penalty is always posted at the bottom of each event's webpage, and is listed in each confirmation email. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to events [at] asccc.org on or before the posted date. Registration will not be canceled due to non-payment. All cancellations made after the posted cancellation date will be assessed a $175 cancellation fee.
Full Refunds will not be granted for cancellations after the posted cancellation deadline.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event will be billed the full registration amount for the conference.
No shows, unclaimed "TBA" attendees, and cancellations made after the deadline will be billed to you and/or your college for the total cost of registration and room if applicable to the event. As attendees are permitted to register without funds, we have no way of determining cancellation unless specifically told, in writing.
It is your responsibility to ensure payment of the registration fee. Submission of your registration signifies agreement with this policy.
Unpaid balances owed to the Academic Senate must be paid off before an attendee can register for a future event.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
No, All attendee registrations must match the ticket. If you would like to transfer your registration, you must cancel the first one, then register the second attendee online. If a payment transfer needs to be made because payment was made by check, you must contact the Senate Office directly with a written notification at events [at] asccc.org (events [at] asccc.org.)

HOTEL AND ROOM RESERVATIONS
The Westin San Francisco Airport is offering a special group rate of $199.00 USD per night for single/double. To reserve your sleeping accommodations for the event, please use the provided reservations link below or please call the Westin Central Reservations Office at (888) 627-8404 ask for the ASCCC or 2019 Spring Plenary group rate. The cut-off date to reserve the special group rate is March 10, 2019. All reservation requests and/or changes received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. Driving directions can be found here. Self-parking is $18.00 for overnight guests as well as those driving in the day of the event. For those flying, the San Francisco Airport is the closest airport to the hotel. The hotel provides complimentary airport shuttle transportation via the Hotel's existing courtesy shuttle schedule. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the airport and a free daily trolley to and from Burlingame (11:30am to 9pm). Complimentary Wifi in guestrooms.
