Guided pathways was intended to guide college redesign, and now, five years into the system-wide efforts and at the end of the funding-supported period, guided pathways efforts need to become part of everyday college efforts. This necessitates an integration of guided pathways work into college structures. How can academic senates engage and lead this conversation? What does guided pathways integration look like across different colleges, including at your college?
