Summary
Collect from California community colleges local policies and practices relating to academic integrity and make them available in an academic integrity resource library.
Status Report

Examples have been collected. Once a means of sharing the examples has been identified and completed, this resolution should be deemed completed. The means of sharing content would be made by the Senate office; the 2010-11 committee recommend the item be removed from the committee’s list of resolutions.

Whereas, Academic integrity is a key principle of higher education which should be woven throughout the entire fabric of an institution;

Whereas, The Academic Senate for California Community Colleges has adopted the paper Promoting and Sustaining an Institutional Climate of Academic Integrity, which addresses issues relating to academic integrity; and

Whereas, A library of effective practices relating to academic integrity that have been implemented by California community colleges would benefit institutions as they develop and implement the paper's recommendations;

Resolved, That the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges collect from California community colleges local policies and practices relating to academic integrity and make them available in an academic integrity resource library.
