The funding increase for CDCP noncredit should cover this.
Replace the resolve:
Resolved, That the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges, with appropriate representation from noncredit faculty and experts, participate in studies and task forces requested by the Consultation Council and established by the Chancellor, regarding budget proposals to increase apportionment funding for noncredit courses and programs.
