Resolved that the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges consider filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office to prompt a closer examination of CACC/CCLC's possible
failure to follow by-laws in the proposed reorganization,
failure to follow nonprofit corporation law in the dissolution,
commingling of CACC and CCLC assets,
use of public funds to support lobbying activities.
