Whereas AB 2774 and AB 2775 call for the development and implementation of a Master Plan for Career Development and the creation of a Career Development Commission, and
Whereas the California Community Colleges are the largest provider of education for career development in the State,
Resolved that the Academic Senate support the concept of a Master Plan for Career Development, and
Resolved that the Academic Senate seek to have this master plan developed under the leadership of the California Community Colleges working cooperatively with K-12 and other agencies which provide career and workforce development.
