Delineation of Function

Whereas the Accreditation Handbook has a standard asking for a written delineation of function between the senate and the bargaining agent, and

Whereas the Accreditation visiting team may mention a lack of such a written delineation as a weakness, and

Whereas a delineation of function may exist, but not be written,

Resolved that the Academic Senate for California Community College recommend to the Accrediting Commission that the lack of a written delineation of function between the senate and the collective bargaining agent should not be perceived as a weakness in Standard 9C of the Accreditation Handbook.
