Whereas, The Standards and Practices Committee of the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges, after reviewing both written and oral testimony through its consultation process, recommended to the Executive Committee of the Senate that these resolutions now numbered10.09 through 10.36 not be adopted by the Spring Plenary Session 2005 based on this evidence; and
Whereas the Executive Committee of the Senate reviewed the proposals in resolutions numbered 10.09 through 10.36 before reaching a decision to not recommend adoption of these proposals;
Resolved, That the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges vote "no" on Resolutions 10.09 through10.36. MSCDisposition: Local Senates
