Dissemination of Senate Materials

Whereas the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges send out a large amount of helpful printed material to local senates, and

Whereas local senates believe this material to be important - and therefore to be read and/or disseminated - and

Whereas the Chancellor's Office has already set the standard in this area,

Resolved that every document longer than two pages which comes from the Academic Senate or its committees be headed with a boxed summary of its contents, and with separate statements of a) the document's purpose and b) any action to be taken by the recipient.
