Whereas the IGETC review process did not involve California Community College faculty, and
Resolved that the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges direct its Executive Committee and representatives to the Intersegmental Committee of Academic Senates to negotiate with the CSU and UC segments for full California community college faculty involvement in all stages of the IGETC course review process, and
Resolved that the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges direct its Executive Committee and ICAS representatives to negotiate with the CSU and UC segments for an IGETC appeal process that includes equal intersegmental faculty representation in all stages of the process.
