Local Senates AB 1725 Update

Resolved that the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges request the Executive Committee to prepare an updated question and answer paper that would advise local senates in the following areas:
1. limitations that have been placed on the provisions of AB 1725 by current budget restrictions;
2. current implementation of Board of Governors regulations adopted to strengthen the role of local senates, and
3. how waivers may affect local senates, including a discussion of the status of the 75/25 rule.
