Resolved that in order to enhance the academic quality in our colleges, the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges support the following position: credit/noncredit part-time faculty should be afforded stability of employment and protection from arbitrary decisions regarding their continued employment in a manner consistent with affirmative action considerations.
