Whereas the Academic Senate at the Fall 1994 Session voted unanimously for a facilitated faculty conference to develop a vision of future community colleges, and
Whereas this conference has been scheduled for September 8 and 9, 1995, to be jointly sponsored by the Academic Senate and FACCC, and
Whereas the deadline for colleges to apply for attendance and to designate their participants is May 26, 1995, and
Resolved that the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges urge local senate presidents, in the consultation with their local collective bargaining, staff development and FACC representatives to expedite the selection of participants for the conference on "The Faculty Vision of the Community College of the Future" and to apply by May 26, 1995.
