Whereas, Local senate leaders need various pieces of information such as local apportionment allocations, CCFS-311 budget reports, 50% compliance figures, and faculty obligation numbers;
Whereas, Such information is often provided to the Academic Senate to share at events such as the Leadership Institute, which regrettably not all local senate presidents can attend; and
Whereas, Local senate leaders may need to expend significant time and energy to obtain such information on their local campuses;
Resolved, That the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges develop a list of information that would be of use to local senate leaders; and
Resolved, That the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges work to make such information available to local senate leaders on its website.
