Whereas the faculty are most qualified to determine what constitutes critical thinking in their respective disciplines,

Resolved that local senates and/or curriculum committees acknowledge faculty expertise in determining appropriate college-level materials and applications of critical thinking, and

Resolved that evidence of such course materials and applications be included in course outlines that are provided to the curriculum committee.
