Resolved that the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges direct the Executive Committee to seek legislative reform through the Faculty Association of California Community Colleges (FACCC) that would require local boards of trustees to explain in writing the reasons for rejecting CEO and screening/hiring committee recommendations for filling faculty positions.
