Recommend referral to Local Senates.
Whereas the changing demographics at certain levels of community college staffing have had an impact at many colleges, but the issue of underrepresented faculty reaching parity in leadership positions has not been addressed,
Resolved that the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges direct the Executive Committee to develop proposals that would facilitate community college leadership programs for underrepresented faculty.
